The main shock force of ANTANTA in Russia became the Czechoslovak Corps created by Temporary Government from Austrian-Hungarian prisoners of war for use him in war against Germany. In August, 1917 the Corps consist of two Divisions, spare brigade and artillery by an aggregate number more than 42 thousand of soldiers. By January 9, 1918 the Corps was officially included in structure of the French army and, thus, is accepted on the contents ANTANTA. In April, 1918 in the French embassy in Moscow the meeting was held, on which the representatives of ANTANTA have achieved the agreement on terms of Corps rebellion. The French representative at the Corps A.Gine has informed, that the allies have decided at the end of July to begin intervention and consider the Czech Corps together with the French mission, attached to it as avant guarde of ANTANTA forces. For performance of this purpose the Corps has received significant money resources, large parties of the weapon and ammunition. The Corps rebellion was supposed to be coordinated with arising White movement.

After attempt of disarmament Czech by Red Army at the end of May, those immediately have lifted rebellion. In May, - June 1918 the Czechoslovak Corps carries out capture of large cities in the east of the country. In ANTANTA hands appear of Chelyabinsk, Novonikolaevsk, Penza, Syzran, Ufa, Samara, Omsk. By June 8, Czechoslovak divisions have grasped all railroads of the east part of Russia, having killed neighboring Red troops. At ANTANTA support in the seized areas two White Governments are formed: June 8 in Samara - " Cochum", June 23 in Omsk - Temporary Siberian Government. Czechoslovak Corps was rallied in three shock groupings: Penza, Siberian and Far East. In July Penza Czechoslovak group began offensive on Samara, Syzran and Simbirsk. Simbirsk with fights moved on Ural. In the Vladivostok group there was over 14 thousand soldiers. Inspired by new idea to rescue slavic and all world from German allies - Bolsheviks they have begun offensive to Red Transbaikalia. By Augus, Russian National Army actively helped to Czechoslovak Corps. It was created by "Cochum" from voluntary white formations together with the mobilized soldiers. In the beginning of August National Army together with Czechoslovak has taken Kazan with the Russian gold stock.
